Create employee account

Self-service registration creates an employee login and starter HR record (employee code, leave balance rows). Admin approval may be required before all features unlock—your organization sets this in Settings.

As it should appear on payslips and the directory. First and last name are derived for your profile.

Used for login and recovery. Must be unique in the system.

3–40 characters: letters, numbers, period, underscore, or hyphen. You will use this or your email to sign in.

At least 8 characters. Choose a unique password; administrators cannot see it in plain text.

Something only you know (e.g. “First school attended?”). Used with your email on the forgot-password flow.

Answers are compared case-insensitively. Avoid answers that appear on public social profiles.
